We are South Haven too.

Formed in September of 2022, SHVRA represents over 400 properties within the city of South Haven that operate as STRs. Our members include vacation rental homeowners, vacation rental property managers, small businesses, and residents.

Our Vision Statement:

We are South Haven community members supporting a diverse, growing, year-round economy where people can come to work, play, visit and live. We work in conjunction with city policy makers, residents and businesses to promote respectful dialogue and responsible tourism.

SHVRA Committees

  • Data Committee

    The Data Committee is made up of SHVRA members that are dedicated to finding third party verified sources to back all information that we report and discuss surrounding STRs. Facts and figures are key to making educated decisions on how best to manage our properties.

  • Safety & Regulation Committee

    Our goal is to have open and honest communication amongst our members and city officials. In an effort to support responsible tourism, while also looking out for the properties our members own, live-in and vacation in, we strive to work together towards common goals of a healthy neighborhood.

  • Community Outreach Committee

    We all share one common opinion - we love South Haven. We feel it is important to give back to the community that our families, friends and guests love as well. Our community fund focuses on both donation-based and volunteer-based ways to support the community.
